We are now less than 3 weeks away from the start of the 2019 WTA & ATP Season and here at Trade on Sports we will be entering our fourth season.

As well as the Trading Manual, Telegram Room and Application we have what we call our Red & Blue selections.

Essentially the Red selections suggest that the player should be opposed (Layed) and does not offer any value. Whilst the Blues should be backed and offer value.

Initially these selections where seen as trading aids the idea being the reds could be layed at the start of a match and the Blues could be backed at the start of a match.

However we needed to measure how well the service was doing so in the first season of operations we recorded the Red selections as straight lay bets.

For those that do not know what the term Lay means it means opposing the selection and mainly this is done on the betting exchanges.

For example if a Red selection is priced at 1.50 you are risking 0.50 pts for every 1. If the selection is priced at 1.42 you are risking 0.42 pts for every 1.

To put this in monetary terms should you lay a 1.50 selection for £10 If the selection loses you Win £10 and should the selection win then you lose .50 of your stake which in this case is £5.00

So in other words you are risking £5 to win £10

During the second and third season we recorded the results of both the reds and blues which are presented below.

MEMBERS ADVICE 2019

So to summarise next season Trade on Tennis members will receive the following.

They will receive an email with a link to the App which shows that days trading sheet, which will highlight the Reds & Blues

They will then receive a follow up email with a PDF of that Days Notes.

This year we are advising members to Just bet on the Reds by either laying to 1pt or a fixed liability or backing the opponent to 1pt. However we do not advise doing this during the Australian, French Wimbledon and US Majors

Along with the Trade on Tennis Trading Manual and our active Tennis trading room which is run by our head trader Matt Haynes 2019 promises to be a great year.

Matt will also be running guided training sessions on Fridays throughout the season.
